incorporated in the State of California, established in November 1991, for the purpose
of conducting business as follows:
- Provide consultative and "hands on" services
for commercial real estate investors.
- Provide world class, full service hotel management services,
via our fully owned subsidiary VenQuest Hotel Group.
With a team and partnership approach to enhancing and creating
value in commercial real estate assets and other operating businesses, Pacific Coast
